Danielle is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals move beyond old patterns and reconnect with themselves in meaningful, lasting ways. She believes that emotional pain—whether expressed as anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, anger, or unhealthy coping strategies—is not a character flaw, but a response shaped by past experiences. 

Danielle believes that true healing happens when we go beyond surface-level thinking and engage with the nervous system, emotions, and relational patterns in depth.

Drawing from EFIT (Experiential-Focused Individual Therapy), IFS, nervous system regulation, and attachment-focused approaches, Danielle works collaboratively with clients to uncover the roots of emotional patterns that no longer serve them, foster safety and self-connection, develop practical tools for resilience and self-regulation, and create clarity, empowerment, and authentic connection in relationships and within themselves.

Danielle supports adults across the lifespan, helping those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected build a stronger sense of self and move toward meaningful change. She believes healing isn’t just about insight—it’s about feeling and integrating experiences in ways that transform how people live and relate. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, trauma recovery, life transitions, or repetitive coping patterns, Danielle is honoured to walk alongside clients on their journey.

Services include individual therapy offered in person and virtually, trauma recovery and relational healing, nervous system work and somatic integration, and coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
