Danielle Foisy, MDiv, Registered psychotherapist (QUALIFYING

About Danielle

Danielle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Danielle works in our Bracebridge Office

Danielle is a trauma-informed psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals move beyond old patterns and reconnect with themselves in meaningful, lasting ways. She believes that emotional pain - whether expressed as anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, anger, or unhealthy coping strategies - isn’t a character flaw, but a response shaped by past experiences. True healing happens when we go beyond surface-level thinking and engage with our nervous system, emotions, and relational patterns in depth.

Drawing from EFIT (Experiential-Focused Individual Therapy), IFS, nervous system regulation, and attachment-focused approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to uncover the roots of emotional patterns that no longer serve them, foster safety and self-connection, develop practical tools for resilience and self-regulation, and create clarity, empowerment, and authentic connection in relationships and within themselves.

I support adults across the lifespan, helping those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected build a stronger sense of self and move toward meaningful change. Healing isn’t just about insight — it’s about feeling and integrating your experience in ways that transform how you live and relate. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma recovery, life transitions, or repetitive coping patterns, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.

Services include individual therapy offered in person and virtually, trauma recovery and relational healing, nervous system work and somatic integration, and coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

Claude Chartrand BSW, RSW Social worker, Psychotherapist

About Claude

I want to begin by congratulating you for taking this first step toward healing for yourself and/or your loved ones. Too often, our society praises “silent sorrow” and labels the expression of emotions as “weakness,” “giving up,” or “defeat.” I’m honoured to celebrate your decision to reach out for support. I offer a caring, non-judgemental space where we can explore how your human experience has shaped your whole self—body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the human services field, along with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I approach my practice through a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens and have a deep understanding of intergenerational trauma. As a son, brother, husband, and father, I understand the unique challenges men face in today’s world. I strive to provide a different kind of experience—one where emotions can flow freely and where you can feel safe in your vulnerability as we explore your inner world together.

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions at our Lindsay location, with availability in the evenings and on weekends. My hope is that this flexibility supports your healing journey while allowing you to continue fulfilling your responsibilities to the people you care about.
